Returns & Exchanges
Our clothes are cherry picked and therefore we do hope you ADORE your new threads. However if the item/items are simply no good, we offer a no drama 14 days online policy. (Instore its 7 days exchange or credit only) . Just return your purchase back to us, tags all intact and of course unused, within 14 days of receipt of goods. Should the item not be as such a refund will be NOT be credited.
To return or exchange?
- Complete the returns form which came with your order & include it in the returns parcel. You can download the returns form again from here download and print another one here
- Make sure parcel is securely wrapped & place a returns address label on package.
How to return or exchange your order?
- Complete the returns form which came with your order and enclose it with your goods. (if you can’t find the returns form you can download and print another one here
- Ensure your goods are in a securely wrapped parcel and place a returns address label on the package.

To return goods by post you must:
- Take the parcel (with enclosed returns form) to the Post Office. Obtain a proof of posting and retain this until you receive your refund. We would recommend getting it signed.
To return goods to our shop in Port talbot:
- You can also return your purchase to our shop in Port Talbot. We can then either refund the card that was used to pay on or you can do an exchange or credit note. Get directions to the shop here.
What happens once we recieve your return?
We will send you an email confirmation & then issue a refund for the said item/items back onto the card used. Please note no refund will be given for delivery costs.
How long will it take for me to recieve my refund?
We will endeavor to refund you within 5 working days of receipt of returned goods.
I would prefer an Exchange?
If you would prefer an exchange for a different size for example. We would recommend that you ring us to check we have the alternative size in stock. Please note we are a small business therefore this is recommended and more guaranteed than if you fill in the returns form to do this. Then Once we’ve received your order we’ll post your new exchange back to you for free. Please allow 10 working days to receive your new item (however it is usually much faster than this).
If the item you have requested is not in stock then we will get in touch and you can either make another selection or we will send you a refund upon receipt.
