I recently purchased a great dress, skirt and cool necklace from you.  I have a 17 year old daughter who had a $200 budget to find a prom dress.  I did not limit where she could shop and she was very diligent with her search.  Again and again she came to me and said it was not enough money and she would not be able to find anything that was "fashionable" for that small amount of money.  Being her mother and trying to teach her how to live within a budget was important to me; so I stuck to my guns and did not raise the amount she could spend.  Finally after a month of pleading and searching she brought me a picture of a dress that she wanted.  It was a dress that was just mention briefly on the Kingdom of Style website.  I clicked on the link but could not find the dress.  After six hours of intensive internet searching I finally found the dress located at the wonderful Lunacy Boutique.  Unfortunately the only color they had was bright pink and not the blue my daughter had her sights set on.  After a flurry of quickly generated emails the gals at Lunacy made sure that the dress I was looking for was available and in stock (The dress; made by Eucalyptus called Sienna).  I can not begin to tell you how happy I was when they emailed me back.  I quickly ordered it and a few other things I thought my daughter would like (mostly rewarding her for staying within the budget I had given her).  My daughter got her dress within a week (from the UK), she is over the moon with the dress and it fits great.  I have to say that the gals at Lunacy were fantastic to work with and really went out of their way to ensure that any of my questions were answered and answered quickly.  I would gladly recommend them to anyone and their professional handling of my order was top notch.  Thank you ladies.  I am happy.  My kid is happy.  The young man taking my daughter to the prom will be happy too once he sees her in it.  I'll take a picture and send it to you when we get there (the prom is May 30th).  Jade Terrisse.  Dress Shopper.  Oregon, USA.

I first visited Lunacy in Cardiff on a weekend away from London and in addition to loving the clothes and accessories, I was greeted by really kind staff who not only helped us with our shopping but recommended places for my friend and I to visit while in town. I really appreciate good customer service and this is what I continue to receive at Lunacy. Following my visit I have ordered a couple pieces from the online boutique and have been really pleased with the quick delivery and the quality of the items. It's nice to have some original clothes that don't reflect the common high street looks. Also, the descriptions of the pieces are quite detailed, really helpful, and I love how the models are so real (and stunning, of course!). It makes it a lot easier to buy clothes online when the models actually vary in shapes and sizes so that you can get a better idea of what you would actually look like in the piece, rather than hope it will suit nicely.

All in all, I really like Lunacy and will continue to use the online boutique until I can go back to the store in person!
