I bought two of the labels for my daughters (third one for me). The girls have phoned to say they 'love' the labels and where did I find them. I ordered the mermaid ones and the cocktail pin up!
So - success for me!!!
I know you didn't have enough stock when I ordered but you did the right thing, getting in touch with me and delaying posting until you had the entire order. I appreciate that. I was once sent a substitute item which I didn't want and I had an awful job getting it straightened out - so I was pleased that you contacted me to see what I wanted.
I also liked your wrapping paper and little face sticker - and your parcel was very secure .... Perhaps a bit over the top with the bubble wrap:-)
I hope your business does well and I will have a look at the website every now and again.
