item instead of paying for delivery. This ensures you busy
ladies access 24/7 into the land of lunacy and enables you
to pick the best of the best, first! To choose this option
at checkout click on box for shop pick up.
- Next day delivery (UK ONLY)
If orders are placed by 12pm midday Monday to Friday only.
We deliver to all UK. Lunacy classes all UK as being England,
Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland highlands and Islands.
All are provided Stock availability. Should this not be
the case, the item will either already be noted **Temporary
Out of Stock** or an email will be sent to advise.

We deliver to all of the UK, Europe, USA, Canada,
Australia & New Zealand.

- Cost of delivery?
Costs of Delivery? – The delivery costs are
calculated by the items weight. So you can work this out
before purchasing, click the “Add to shopping bag”
next to the product and delivery costs will be available
on the shopping bag page.
- Out of stock items
@ Lunacy we like to keep things exclusive so we limit the
sizes to two per size! However, we understand that you might
really, really love an item that has sold out in your size.
So, for this reason you can still purchase the item and
we can order it in especially for you! Please allow 14 days
for out of stock items. We will also confirm via email should
there be any delays etc. as our stock is sourced worldwide
- Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Mostly yes. This will be detailed at the checkout. If you
cannot sign you can write in the request/comments box that
you would like to send to a different address, or leave
with a neighbour. However, if you do not request this the
postman/deliver driver may leave at a neighbouring house
or leave at the head post depot in your town. Either way
a card will be left to advise you.
- Parcel Tracking
All recorded and next day deliveries will come with full
parcel tracking facilities. We will email your tracking
number via email when your item or items have been dispatched.
You can trace via your account once you have logged in or
you can trace on the Royal
Mail's website using their trackandtrace tool.

@ Lunacy we appreciate that buying over the
internet has its problems too! We ensure that your shopping
with us is problem free! Should you not like your purchase
when received or it does not fit you properly or it is faulty
we can refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt of item/s
received. |

How
to return items |
We must be notified via email, post or called
on customer services number to (Which can be found on the
help & customer services page) within these 14 days otherwise
a refund cannot be permitted and exchange cannot be guaranteed.
Please return the item/s together with the delivery note/invoice,
write on the note/invoice the reason for returning. We would
advise you either return guaranteed delivery (at a cost to
yourself) or get proof of postage free from your local post
office. Please note that should an item not reach us we are
not held responsible and as a result will not be able to reimburse
you. We aim to refund you within 4 days of receipt of returned
item, although this is not always possible i.e Bank holidays
etc. The returned item must be returned back to us in the
same state as when reached you. Lunacy’s definition
of same state is that it must be unworn or unused and have
all labels attached. The refund will not include refund of
postage.
