We also have limited stock in each size so you really are buying an exclusive
piece. In some cases we have imported the label and are the only stockist
of the item in the entire UK! So our philosophy is simply to keep providing
you with wonderful fashion, so you are really happy and continue to choose
to shop with us! So in a business that is so fast, fierce and fickle we
continue to be the opposite as lunacy and you, our customer stands out
from the crowd!
Quality and Customer Care
We always ensure that you are happy with your purchase as per our philosophy.
We are very consistent at providing our customers with quality garments
to ensure your happiness and retained business. The customer care we provide
is so different to that of a big department store that we love to hear
from you regarding how much you love and have worn your garment and should
you change your mind and want to return your item please ref to the delivery
and refund page, we aim to always refund you within 4 days of receiving
the returned goods. Also Dolly is there to help you prevent any fashion
faux pas and should you be a bit of a technophobic we are always at the
end of the phone with a friendly voice!
